🚑 Yesterday, Sunday 8/03/2026, marked a massive milestone as we proudly deployed the first official pilot case of the SmartPLAIGO Communication Platform live at the TUI Marathon 2026 in Paphos!🏃‍♂️
This achievement was made possible through the dedicated development efforts of eHealth Lab, Eratosthenes Center of Excellence team and Stremble Ventures Ltd, bringing this innovative vision to life!

📱💻📍Alongside the eHealth Lab – Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) team and the dedicated SHSO CY Ambulance and Emergency Staff, we set up our equipment right by the Paphos Castle. The platform successfully supported ΟΚΥπΥ operations, helping the team manage multiple minor injury cases by maintaining fast, real-time communication!

💬🩺 In case you missed it, SmartPLAIGO is a GDPR-compliant software solution that centralizes real-time communication and operations for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel, including dispatchers, ambulance crews, and administrative staff. It replaces ad-hoc tools by combining secure messaging, voice and video calls, shift scheduling, leave management, and emergency alerts into a single, unified system!
