WP1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
WP1 will ensure overall management framework, including administrative, financial, and strategic aspects. Establish and facilitate the effective collaboration among project partners. Ensure appropriate data management, timely production, and quality of the results. Guarantee compliance to all ethics aspects.
WP2 DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION ACTIVITIES
The objectives of WP2 are to Identify the actors in the health emergency response and their needs. Disseminate the knowledge generated and maximize the impacts of the project. Define the IPR protection and management procedures. Facilitate the continuous engagement of stakeholders to ensure the project’s exploitation.
WP3 DEVELOPMENT OF DD-EC GIS MODEL AND PARAMETER TUNING
The main objective of WP3 is to design, develop, tune, and integrate advanced algorithms within the SmartPLAIGO system. These algorithms are essential for improving emergency response capabilities, including the dynamic allocation of resources, efficient incident allocation, and real-time decision support. The goal is to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of SmartPLAIGO in addressing Emergency scenarios.
WP4 Technology Implementation and Integration
The main objective of WP4 is to design, develop, and deploy a robust and user-friendly communication platform for SmartPLAIGO. This platform will facilitate seamless communication and data exchange among emergency dispatchers, ambulance crews, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, enhancing the overall efficiency of emergency response operations.
WP5 COMMUNICATION PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
WP5’s objective is to seamlessly integrate and implement the technological components developed in WP3, including the AI-Driven EC Algorithm and the Geographical Information System (GIS), into the SmartPLAIGO platform. This integration aims to create a unified and holistic framework that optimizes ambulance dispatch decisions based on geographic data and multiple objectives. Additionally, WP5 focuses on integrating SmartPLAIGO with the AVARIS system and thoroughly testing and validating the entire SmartPLAIGO system.
WP6 PILOT CASES AND TRAINING PROGRAM
The aim of this WP is to execute a real-world pilot case and a professional drill to test and validate the SmartPLAIGO system’s functionality and effectiveness. Additionally, it focuses on capacity building through user training programs to ensure that stakeholders can effectively utilize the system for optimizing ambulance dispatch and emergency response operations.
